Mission Workshop Fall Editorial

If you’ve ever spent an extended amount of time in the outdoors, or just continuously find yourself caught up in the hustle and bustle of a big city, you should need no introduction to Mission Workshop. (But we’ll get into it anyway.) Its wide range of gear not only maintains a clean aesthetic and is super-functional, but anything made by the San Francisco-based brand can take a beating—probably the reason its apparel and accessories are perfect for everything from cycling to travel to getting repeatedly thrown to the floor after a long day of work.

And because each piece they make is good to use for just about anything, Mission began a little project dubbed “A Tale of Three Cities.” Taking three different bags to three different cities, each distinctive editorial-style shoot will showcase a single backpack or bag.

Kicking off by bringing the Sanction Bag to Whiteface, NY, a destination highlighted by epic landscapes, the durable carryall takes center stage amongst a lush forest and serene, natural settings. Shot by Chris Gualano, aka North Trooper, the editorial also features classic fall pieces from Redwing and NAU.
