North Trooper Shoots Nike, Publish Brand, and More Fall Essentials At An Abandoned Log Ride [PHOTOS]

Bustling city streets often serve as a great backdrop for fashion editorials. However, taking the stylish city dweller’s wardrobe off the pavement and moving it to nontraditional settings can also make for some highly appealing visuals. Canadian photographer Chris Gualano a.k.a North Trooper has proven particularly skilled at this with past editorials that feature brands like I Love Ugly and ICNY. For his latest shoot, Gualano made the trek to Toronto’s Centre Island to showcase some essential fall gear at the site of an abandoned log ride.

North Trooper‘s fall essentials editorial features a casual theme that pairs well with #TeamCozy-approved kicks; in this case, the grey Nike Flyknit Roshe Run and all-white Nike Roshe One. The fit for both models is composed of Publish Brand joggers and crewneck sweaters by Views For Change.

You can shop the pieces in the above editorial now via Nike, Publish Brand, and Views For Change.

In his early college years, he began writing for music blogs and YRB Magazine, while working one of the scummiest jobs known to man, mobile phone sales. He later joined The SOURCE as a Contributing Editor for the print magazine and TheSource.com. He has written for XXL magazine, Complex.com and BET.com, among other media outlets. On occasion, he still loses sleep over Game 7 of the 1994 NBA Finals. He often copes with the stress of being a lifelong Knicks fan by adding to his sizable sneaker collection or watching a George Carlin stand-up special.
