Air Jordan 1 “Los Angeles” Drops For Flight 23 Santa Monica Launch [PHOTOS]

Air Jordan enthusiasts in the Los Angeles area got a chance to cop a brand-new pair of very exclusive  kicks this weekend. In celebration of the launch of Jordan Brand’s new Flight 23 store in Santa Monica, Nike released the Air Jordan 1 Retro “Los Angeles.”

The West Coast counterpart to the Air Jordan 1 “NYC” that dropped last year, the LA-themed iteration of Michael Jordan’s fist signature sneaker features a premium white leather upper, tan inner lining, and icy blue soles. The left heel sports a “23” embossed on the left heel, and “LA” on the right heel. The outsole further highlights the City of Angels with the city’s name and a printed map of the greater Los Angeles area printed beneath the translucent bottom.

A limited run of the Air Jordan 1 “Los Angeles” is available now at the new Flight 23 brick-and-mortar location in Santa Monica.

This weekend also marked the release of another limited Jordan sneaker, the Air Jordan XIII CP3 PE.
