Truth Teams Up With Vans For New Anti-Smoking Campaign
Continuing on their path to end the existence of cigarettes once and for all, Truth has tapped Vans to promote their latest initiative on another level. Vans takes the classic Authentic silhouette – similar to Vans newly announced collaboration with Supreme – and remixes it to include Truth’s newest anti-smoking campaign. Featuring artwork from Brooklyn-based artist Kevin Lyons, the design incorporates quirky creatures shouting messages, purposely aimed at attacking bad smoking habits.
The latest Vans x Truth collaboration is available at select Journey’s retailers across the country.[Hypebeast]
Nike Recreates The Air Odyssey
Taking on retro sneakers has been Nike‘s aim for the past few months, and the immensely popular brand does it (impressively so) again with their latest take on the Air Odyssey sneaker. Officially dubbed the Air Odyssey Deconstructed, the vintage silhouette is stripped of its original padding, mesh, and leather construction and replaced with premium suede in clean black and khaki colorways.
Both iterations of the Air Odyssey Deconstructed can be found at size?.[Hypebeast]
Nike and Neymar Team Up For The Free Hypervenom 2
Following the release of their football boots, Nike teams up with Neymar yet again for the Free Hypervenom 2. The latest in Nike Free runner technology, the sneaker features artist Bruno Carneiro Mosciaro’s graphic design on the majority of the upper construction and translucent Nikeskin material on the rest of the shoe. No release date has been set yet, but look for these to drop sometime in the next few months.[Highsnobiety]
