PUMA, who has been heavy on the move this pre-spring season, has announced yet another collaborative effort. Teaming up once again with New York City’s ALIFE, the brand has revealed their joint project with the sports company. Following up on their 2015 collaboration that paid homage to ALIFE’s NYC roots, the new collection does much of the same, with models donning the new line in various hotspots around the city.
The collection sees new iterations to a variety of classic silhouettes which include the Blaze of Glory, R698, the States mid, the States, and the Leadcat Slide. Accompanying the footwear collection is an apparel package that features pullovers, tees, sweats, and more – all of which were inspired by retro soccer club uniforms. Additionally, designers of the collection were motivated by the 1975 “Welcome to Fear City” pamphlet era in NYC – an infamously notorious time for the area.
The collection will be available starting February 13 at Rivington Club and select PUMA retailers. Check out the entire PUMA x ALIFE collection in the gallery below.
