Converse Reveals the Chuck Taylor All Star “Black Leather” Ox 1970 [PHOTOS]

Forever a classic, the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star is one of those sneakers that can be effortlessly outfitted with any design – no matter how eccentric or monochromatic the concept. The longtime sneaker company has decided to the continue that trend, introducing a brand new colorway and design for the lifestyle silhouette. Officially dubbed the Chuck Taylor All Star “Black Leather” Ox 1970, the new colorway features a sleek and timeless concept, along with a premium leather construction. The “Black Leather” iteration follows up the initial release of the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Ox “Natural,” which saw an immensely positive reception upon its release.

The newest update features an all-leather construction on the upper, with a monochromatic color scheme giving it a sophisticated overall look. The design also features a white vulcanized sole, with a contrasting black leather band running through its middle, along with white tonal laces to round out the traditional yet welcomed design.

The Chuck Taylor All Star “Black Leather” Ox is now available now at Kith NYC for $95.
