Eyes have been locked in on Rihanna’s moves for weeks now. The singer unleashed her eighth studio album as a surprise, and reached platinum status within days. With a brand-new plaque and new records set, she has more than enough reason to celebrate. Today, Ri debuts her dancehall-inspired visual for “Work,” one of the standout cuts on ANTI.
It’s been weeks since fans first started talking about Rihanna’s latest collaboration with Drake. Last month, the two were reportedly spotted shooting the visual at Eagle Rock Plaza in Los Angeles, California. Fans posted photos of horses sporting Louis Vuitton monograms as well as audio of Drake’s verse on “Work.” Weeks later, they were spotted at a Toronto eatery called The Real Jerk. While footage of the shoot surfaced online within hours, fans were treated to an even longer teaser visual on Friday.
“Work” in its entirety is one big dance party. Decked out in mesh attire, Rih owns the dance floor with more than enough moves that will turn heads—including her twerking. Sparks fly between both artists as they share a few steamy moments throughout the visual. With vibes reminiscent of those in “Hotline Bling,” Drake handles the scenes accordingly.
