The ultimate showdown between Batman and Superman is upon us. Ever since Warner Bros. and director Zack Snyder formally announced Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as the official follow-up to Snyder’s 2013 blockbuster Man of Steel, everyone’s been speculating on how this will actually play out. We’ve seen a handful of revealing trailers – some argue too revealing – but there’s still a lot we don’t know.
One topic that’s constantly been brought up during geeky heated exchanges is whether or not Batman can actually take down Superman. And regardless of where you land on this debate, there’s one thing that cannot be contested: Batman’s far superior representation on the silver screen. Aside from a couple of duds (we all know which ones), The Dark Knight film universe has brought us timeless classics.
With BvS: Dawn of Justice out March 25, STASHED ranks Warner Bros’. live-action Batman offerings from Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman to Christopher Nolan’s climactic finale The Dark Knight Rises. Thumb through our ranks down below and let us know how you rank ’em.
