Valentino Explores the Animal Kingdom in New Spring/Summer 2016 Lookbook

valentino spring summer 2016

One of the fashion industry’s major players, Valentino has taken their latest direction to the animal kingdom for their upcoming spring/summer 2016 collection. The Italian imprint fashions their newest lookbook to the likes of a “Where’s Waldo?” theme, with their lookbook employing camouflage techniques to amplify the subtle nuances of the artistic direction of the upcoming season’s campaign.

A variety of animals (both mythological and real) are illustrated for the line, as the collection immerses a selection of men’s and women’s silhouettes in the mystical, all-over print. The collection’s ethereal design does an impressive job of transporting wearers to an almost story-like alternate universe while pastel colors bounce effortlessly off of the dark canvases that are employed throughout.

You can pick up Valentino’s spring/summer 2016 collection at Valentino retailers and online now. Check out the entire lookbook below now.
